(Truckee, California) – Nineteen years ago when Laura Partridge started the advertising agency, Creative Concepts, she had know idea it would still be going strong, despite the difficult economic climate, in 2010. Laura Partridge, the President of Creative Concepts, has over 27 years in the advertising industry.
